Nurse Orientation

This orientation introduces nurses to NurseMe's platform, policies, and expectations before they begin accepting bookings, in support of NurseMe's Staffing and Independent Contractors policies.

Scope

This orientation applies to every nurse before accepting their first booking.

Review

Before accepting bookings, review the following:

  • The Terms of Service.
  • The Privacy Policy.
  • The Nurse Agreement.
  • The Policy & Procedure Manual — available after your application is approved.
  • The services offered through NurseMe.
  • NurseMe's documentation requirements.
  • How to report incidents or complaints.
  • Emergency rescheduling procedures.
  • How to obtain clinical guidance when needed.
  • Applicable privacy and confidentiality requirements.
