Depending on how you use NurseMe, we may collect:

Account information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and password.
Booking information, such as selected services, appointment times, and addresses.
Communications, including messages sent through NurseMe's in-app chat and any correspondence with us.
Payment information, processed by our payment processor; NurseMe does not store your full card details.
Professional information from nurses, such as licenses, credentials, government-issued identification, insurance information, and other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility to provide services through NurseMe.
Device and usage information, such as IP address and browser type, collected for security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Create and manage your account.
Match clients with qualified nurses.
Schedule and provide services.
Process payments and refunds.
Communicate with you about your bookings.
Secure the platform and detect fraud or abuse.
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

NurseMe does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising services, and does not use your information for advertising.

3. When We Share Information

With the nurse assigned to your booking, or the client for a nurse's booking.
With service providers that help operate NurseMe, including payment processing, email delivery, and infrastructure hosting.
When required by law or legal process.
To protect the rights, safety, or property of NurseMe or others.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

NurseMe uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure your session. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

Booking and payment records are retained for at least 7 years.
Messages sent through NurseMe's in-app chat are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.
Nurse credential and incident records are retained for the duration of an active account and for a reasonable period afterward.

6. Security

NurseMe uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a breach involving your personal information occurs, we will notify affected individuals and any required regulator as required by applicable law.
